This 'park' is NOT a campground. This is a former Mobile Home park that has been 'transitioned' to an RV camp (not campground). The only amenities are a laundry room. No Restrooms, no showers, no playground, no pool, we even have to mow our own grass!! The rates are very high ($800/month) but it does INCLUDE Electric (I have only used my propane sparingly for cooking). The manager is only here on Tues and Thurs from 10:00am-2:00pm. He is a nice guy, but not educated as to how a 'campground' should operate. Everyone here is permanent to semi-permanent and working in the area (Mostly men, very few families). I plan to be here until Jan 2010, when my husband hopes to return to the US (from working in Abu Dhabi, UAE) and we can finally retire and take off! The one thing that attracts people to this camp is the location. It is in the heart of Frederick, MD close to EVERYTHING! Very convenient location.

Park charges monthly rate by every 4 weeks...so they collect 13 months of rent in a 12 month period. We were PROMISED free WIFI at our site...not so. No signal available except at the office. Owner is rude and does not like women. As a rule, it seems most campers here are also unfriendly...very strange. We have been here 2 months and are hoping to move to a different campground this weekend.

Very nice park. Wide open spaces with picnic tables. WIFI is available but you have to pay for it...not free.

This is a nice RV Park, but crowded. Also, quite expensive when compared to the great Campground next door!!

This is a National Park Service campground in the Colter Bay area of Grand Tetons National Park. It requires dry-camping, but is most lovely, peaceful and secluded. Never fills up, but it is on a first-come, first served basis. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed it immensely...looking forward to going back!!

Where were there a month...the WIFI did not work the entire time we were there. There is abundant shade as a result of the very mature Cottonwood trees, however, they do cause a great deal of sap to drip on the coach and the car. We had to park our car in a nearby shopping parking lot.

We stayed here from Oct 2006 thru April 2007. Very nice, the staff is friendly...for the most part. They provided an external propane tank for the winter, but charged us $2.70/gal when the going rate was $1.99/gal. The sites are narrow and our 3 slides just barely made it. They seem to 'nickel and dime' for assorted things, cable, pets ($25/month) and during the winter months you could not even GET to the dog walk. Their winter monthly rate was $530 + electric and propane. They raised their monthly rate for summer to $730 + electric and propane. Our electric bills ran over $100/month during the winter (one month was $225!) If you need to work in Denver, this is pretty much your only choice.
